ABOUT US

O&G was established in 1975 to make country-style wooden chairs drawing upon the potential offered by the famous “chair triangle” in north-east Italy, which is specialised in this sector.

The entrepreneurial spirit of its founders soon transformed this small artisan business into an industrial-scale set-up. By the 1980s it began making its first exports and experimenting with other materials such as metal and glass as well as extending its range to tables.

In the 1990s, the company invested in new equipment and technology, increasing its production capacity to meet the growing market demand. O&G swiftly developed into a modern, technologically advanced company dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.

In 2003 the company was taken over by the Calligaris Group, a world leader in the furnishing sector that gave the company access to a unique know-how that allowed it to develop gradually and continuously.

In 2009 it became a B2B division of the Calligaris group. Thanks to the group’s synergy it attained high product quality and functionality standards, adapting to the needs and characteristics of every single client.
